What we collect

Your answers to the free check stay in the page’s link. We don’t store them, and we don’t ask for anyone’s name.

If you give us your email address, for example to email your plan, to get updates, or to join the early-access list for the paperwork pack, we store it along with the few details you choose to give us on that form. No payment is taken.

Feedback. If you fill in our feedback form, we store your answers, where you came from (for example, a Slack link) and your email address if you give one. We use them only to improve JOSS and, if you gave your email, to arrange a call. We keep responses for up to 12 months. To have yours deleted, email hello@joss.digital.

We count visits and clicks with Umami, which doesn’t use cookies.

Booking a call

When you book a call, we ask for your first name, email, phone number and business name. We also ask what’s happening, how many people it affects and when you want to start.

We share these with one JOSS specialist: the one who takes your call. They use them to get ready for the call, and to help you after it if you ask them to.

If you book from your plan, we save the link to your plan with your booking, so your specialist can read it first.

We keep bookings for up to 12 months after we last hear from you. To have yours deleted, email hello@joss.digital.

How we use it

Only for what you asked: to book your call, to send your plan, to tell you when the paperwork pack is ready, or to send the updates you signed up for. We also use it to understand what people want from JOSS. We don’t sell your data.

Who else handles it

A small number of providers run parts of the service for us: Vercel hosts the site, Supabase stores email addresses, Resend sends email and Umami counts visits. Airtable stores bookings. Calendly or Cal.com runs each specialist’s calendar.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the reason you gave it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@joss.digital. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
